Typical problems include but are not limited to:
- LCD Display broken ONLY: Bleeding and/or missing pixels. Physical crack in LCD but glass and touch functions OK.
- Glass broken ONLY: See cracks in glass but the touch functions and the LCD under the glass looks OK.
- LCD and Glass/touch broken: Obvious cracked glass and touch not operating AND LCD bleeding and/or missing pixels/cracked.
- Ear speaker: You cannot hear due to volume weak/fading/crackling/dead
- Microphone: People unable to hear your voice due to it being weak/fading/crackling/dead
- Loudspeaker: Audio weak/fading/crackling/dead
- Headphone jack: Audio weak/fading/crackling/dead
- Battery: Will not hold charge/does not last as long between charges
- Charge/Docking Port: Intermittent/no connection when charging or downloading files into device. Slow to charge
- Vibration: Intermittent/dead, or may feel/sound different when activated
- Buttons, various (Home, power, volume up/down, etc): Intermittent and/or not working, press hard to operate
- Camera Front/Back: Intermittent and/or not operating, poor/no focus. Too dark/bright.
- WiFi: Weak/no signal. Intermittent connectivity
