Our standard 6 month parts and labour warranty applies. Any part of your device which was replaced due to the initial water damage has this warranty.

Yes it is. Water, especially salt water is very corrosive. Other liquids such as milk, pop, alcoholic drinks, etc, are not that helpful to your device either. Just select the water damage option from the drop down menu for your particular device, give a brief description of what happened, and send the device to us. We will diagnose your device to see if it is worth repair, and call you with an estimate. If you agree to our estimate we will continue with the repair. Our repair process includes complete disassembly and cleaning of all internal/external parts of your device. Replace the parts which are physically and/or electrically damaged by the liquid, reassembled, and then a complete functional test given. If unit is beyond economical repair and/or estimate rejected then your device will be returned to you or you can elect to leave it at our facility to recycle.

If your device took an unexpected bath, do not turn it on. Remove the battery from the device, if possible, and send both to us by selecting the water damage option from the drop down menu for your particular device, and give a brief description of what happened.

In order to do a complete functional test on your device, the passwords/codes must be given to us or removed from the device. A good idea is to change your password to a temporary password before sending your device to us. We use your temporary password to fully test device and send it back to you. You then change back to your old password after receipt. This way your device is always protected and your old password is not compromised.

Nothing. Just your device. We do not require any accessories with your device or even your SIM card, if your device has one. We have our own SIM cards for testing. If you feel comfortable removing it, please do.

Sure, No Problem. Just select the unknown/other option from the drop down menu for your particular device. Please give us a brief description of your problem with the device. We will diagnose your device and call with an estimate.

Yes. We currently use boxes of 2 different sizes. They are called ULINE KRAFT INDUSTRUCTO MAILERS. They have a tested 200lb crush weight. Triple wall sides and double wall front and bottom. UNLINE Model S-18155 and S-18963. ULINE Anti-Static Industrial Bubble wrap Model S-1268P is used to wrap your device.

We use Canada Post Xpresspost exclusively to mail your repaired device back to you. When your repaired device is mailed back to you, you will receive an email notification and tracking number so you can follow it. Canada Post Xpresspost can have your repaired device back in your hands within the Maritime Provinces usually within 2 business days and the rest of Canada usually within 3 business days. If your device is deemed not economical to repair, or estimate rejected, your device will be sent back Canada Post regular post.

The prices shown on our site include parts, labour and the cost of shipping your device back to you.

We are happy to give a 6 month parts and labour warranty on all of our services. If you experience the same problem with your device within this time period, please return the device to us and we will be happy to repair free and for our mail in customers, ship back to you free. Please note that the warranty does NOT include physical/electrical abuse.

If you cannot determine the LCD health of your phone then select the Unknown/Other Option in the drop down menu for your particular phone and send to us. We will determine what exactly needs to be replaced and call with estimate. Sometimes your phone looks like a disaster but only the glass needs to be replaced to make it look and work as good as new.

Occasionally, a device may be so badly damaged that it is deemed to be beyond economical repair. This could include a bad main circuit board, “mother board.” Mother board problems may give symptoms which seem fixable but are not. If the mother board is diagnosed as the problem this is normally not repairable. Thankfully the mother board does not normally go bad. IF you have purchased a service and the device could not be repaired, your money will be refunded minas a diagnostic fee of $39.99 + applicable taxes. Your device will be returned to you via regular Canada Post, or you can elect to leave it at our facility for recycle.

If your device has various problems, we would be glad to diagnose the device and give you an estimate on the cost of repair. Just select the Unknown/Other Option in the drop down menu for your particular device and send the device to us. We will call with estimate and your initial payment will be deducted from this estimate. If estimate is declined or unit deemed beyond economical repair, we will return your device to you via regular Canada post or you can elect to leave it at our facility for recycle.
